EVgo

EVgo receipts come from the Transactions section of your EVgo account. In the app, tap the menu icon at the top left, choose Payment & Billing, then Transactions, select the session and screenshot the Receipt screen. If you started the charge with a credit card at the charger instead, EVgo cannot provide a receipt; use your bank statement as proof.

Transactions: the receipt lookup

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top left of the landing page.
  2. Choose Payment & Billing.
  3. Choose Transactions.
  4. Pick the session and save the Receipt screen.

Transactions shows the last 30 days by default. For an older session, change the date range filter.

Card reader sessions

A charge started with a card at the station is handled by a third-party payment provider and is not tied to your EVgo account. EVgo says some stations ask whether you want a receipt when you start, and you must choose that option then. Otherwise the bank statement is the proof EVgo itself points to, which is why it recommends charging through the account.

Billing statements for paid plans

A paid EVgo plan is charged on your account anniversary each month, and those plan charges appear in billing statements. Open Payment & Billing, then Billing Statements, select one and save or screenshot the PDF preview. Statements stay available for up to a year. If you are on a free plan, there are no billing statements, only transactions.

EVgo receipts saved without screenshots

A screenshot per session is a lot of tapping for a driver who fast-charges every week. Connect your EVgo account and our AI agent signs in and saves each transaction receipt and plan statement through bill fetching. Those sessions then flow into your expense reports, and any EVgo emails are filed by email receipt capture.
