Ivy Charging Network

Ivy Charging Network emails a receipt after each completed charging session. For past sessions, open the Ivy app and select History, which shows the charging location, energy delivered in kWh, session duration and total cost. Ivy's level 3 fast chargers are at ONroute locations along Highways 401 and 400 in Ontario.

History: the lookup in the app

History is where you find a session you did not keep the email for. The kWh and duration on each line make it easy to tell a quick top-up from a full charge when you sort business and personal driving.

How a session is billed

Since May 1, 2024, Ivy bills your payment method immediately for each session, whether you started it in the app, with an RFID card, or by credit card or Apple Pay at the charger. The merchant name on your card statement is Ivy Charging Network.

Pre-authorization holds

Adding a card for the first time places a small hold. Starting a charge places a pre-authorization of $30 on a regular credit card, or $75 with Apple Pay. These holds confirm funds are available and are not the final charge; the receipt shows what you actually paid.

The ChargeLab name in Apple Wallet

If you start a session from Apple Maps with Apple Pay, the transaction may show in Apple Wallet under ChargeLab, because Ivy chargers appear there as part of ChargeLab's network. Your card statement still shows Ivy Charging Network. Knowing both names saves a support call when matching charges.

Ivy receipts collected along the 401

A stop at an ONroute on the way to a client usually ends up in an expense claim. Email receipt capture picks up each Ivy receipt email the moment it lands. Connect your Ivy account and our AI agent can sign in and pull the History for you through bill fetching, ready for an expense report.
