How to get a Surfshark invoice

Surfshark builds an invoice when you ask for one. Sign in at my.surfshark.com, open Subscription from the account menu, go to Payments, select View next to the payment and choose Generate an invoice. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play or Amazon, that store issues the invoice instead.
Generating the invoice
- Log in at my.surfshark.com.
- Click your account in the top-right corner and choose Subscription.
- In the new window, open Payments.
- Click View next to the payment you want.
- Select Generate an invoice, fill in the required details, then click Download invoice.
The first receipt arrives by email
Surfshark's terms of service say the first receipt for a purchase is sent to your email. Every receipt after that is delivered to your Surfshark account rather than your inbox, under the section labelled Invoices & receipts. If you are hunting for a renewal, look in the account, not in old mail. Your Surfshark login is the only key to both.
Bought through an app store
A subscription started in the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore is billed by that store, and Surfshark sends you back to it for the invoice. Use your Apple purchase history, your Google Play order history or your Amazon account to download it. Surfshark cannot generate one for a store purchase.
Invoice lookup for older payments
The Payments list is the lookup: every payment billed by Surfshark appears there with its own View button, and an invoice can be generated for any of them. For a payment that does not appear, Surfshark offers support through live chat and email around the clock, with no phone line.
Surfshark invoices that do not wait for a request
Since renewal receipts land in the account rather than the inbox, they are easy to miss. Connect the Surfshark account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal and saves the document from Payments with bill fetching. The first purchase receipt that did arrive by email can be filed by email receipt capture, and both feed an expense report.
