Downloading the PDF

1. Log in to your CyberGhost VPN account.
2. Click the CyberGhost icon on the upper right and select Subscriptions.
3. Under Active Subscriptions, click See invoice in the final column.
4. Click See invoice once more to download the PDF.

Orders and invoices go through Cleverbridge

CyberGhost's contact page names Cleverbridge as its shop operator and sends questions about orders, invoices and product keys there, rather than to general support. Questions about subscriptions and rates stay with CyberGhost's own support team, which answers by 24/7 live chat, an online request form and support@cyberghost.ro. If you are unsure which applies, an invoice question belongs with Cleverbridge.

Keep the order number

CyberGhost asks for your purchase order number or reference number when you contact support, for a refund or anything else, and points you to the invoice to find it. The money-back guarantee window is 14 or 45 days depending on the purchase, which makes the invoice worth saving on day one.

Invoice lookup and app store purchases

The Subscriptions page is the lookup for plans bought from CyberGhost directly. The refund policy says in-app purchases through Google Play, the App Store or the Amazon Appstore are handled by those stores' own support, and the receipt for such a plan is in the store account that was charged.
