Where you get LastPass billing records depends on the plan. Premium, Families and Plus subscribers print receipts from Payment History on the My Account page at lastpass.com/my.php. Business and Teams admins download invoice PDFs from Company profile in the Admin Console. LastPass notes that receipts are not included in its billing email notifications.
Personal plans: print the full receipt
- Log in at lastpass.com/my.php with your email and master password.
- Under Payment History, select View Receipt, then Full Receipt.
- Optional: under Delivered To, select Include full address to add your address or a VAT number for tax filing.
- Right-click the receipt, select Print, and print or save it as a PDF.
Only the Families owner can print receipts for a Families plan. A Free user who once had a paid plan can still print the old receipts.
LastPass Business and Teams
Sign in to the Admin Console at admin.lastpass.com and go to Advanced, then Company profile. The Invoice history section lists each invoice with its date, amount, event type, product and payment mode, and Download gives the PDF. Admins without Admin Console access cannot see billing receipts.
Invoice lookup before July 2022
The Admin Console list only goes back to July 1, 2022, and may not appear on some accounts. For anything earlier, contact LastPass Support. LastPass also notes that since August 1, 2022, customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia are billed by an entity branded as LastPass, after its separation from GoTo began.
Billing contacts and missing invoices
On the Company profile page, Email contacts lets you name who receives billing messages, separated by commas. When an invoice is missing from Payment history, LastPass suggests finding the matching notification email and using its link to download the invoice.
LastPass billing that reaches the books
With receipts absent from LastPass emails, a print step is easy to skip. Connect the LastPass account, or the Admin Console login for Business, and our AI agent signs in after each charge and saves the receipt or invoice PDF with bill fetching. Personal-plan receipts paid by an employee can go straight onto an expense report, and the VAT number you add is preserved for tax filing.
