How to get a Keeper receipt

Keeper keeps billing receipts inside the product. Personal and family customers can view and download their billing receipts directly from the Keeper Web Vault. Business customers use the Billing History and Receipts area of the Admin Console, and a purchase made in the console shows a link to download its receipt right away.
Personal and family plans
Keeper added receipt viewing and downloads to the Web Vault in Vault release 18.1.0. The same release fixed Billing History not displaying for Family accounts, and fixed history being erased after an upgrade from Unlimited to a Family plan.
Business plans in the Admin Console
The Admin Console has a Billing History and Receipts section, which Keeper improved in Admin Console 17.3 to show accurate information. Purchases made with In-Console Checkout on the Subscriptions tab end with a confirmation popup containing a link to download the receipt. Save it then, because it is the simplest moment to capture the document.
Who can buy and see receipts in the console
In-Console Checkout is open to a Root Admin, or a non-root admin whose role has the Billing Admin permission. The organization also needs a credit card saved as its payment method and an active paid subscription. Accounts paying by SEPA or purchase order, trials and expiring accounts go to the standard checkout page instead.
Receipt lookup through a reseller or MSP
When enterprise licenses are sold through a distributor or reseller, Keeper masks prices on the receipts. Keep the invoice from the company you paid alongside them. Managed service providers on consumption billing find current and past monthly invoices in the console's Subscriptions section, with detailed PDFs per managed company. Keeper's documentation does not describe a receipt lookup outside these screens.
Keeper receipts captured at purchase
A popup link is easy to close without saving. Connect the Keeper admin login and our AI agent signs in after each renewal or license change and downloads the receipt from billing history with bill fetching. If you buy through a reseller, file the reseller's emailed invoice with email receipt capture as well, because the Keeper copy will not show the price, and code both to an expense report when needed.
