How to get a Malwarebytes invoice

Malwarebytes keeps your purchase history and invoices together in your Malwarebytes account. Open the Payment history tab, find the payment in the table and click the download icon beside it to save a copy of the invoice.
Downloading an invoice
- Sign in to your Malwarebytes account.
- Open the Payment history tab, where previous payments are listed in a table.
- Find the payment you need.
- Click the download icon to save the invoice.
Changing the name on the invoice
The name on each invoice comes from your account profile. Edit it there and the new name appears on all future invoices. Malwarebytes does not update invoices already issued. If the invoice needs to carry a business name, change the profile before the next renewal.
Renewal reminders and charges
Subscriptions bought from the Malwarebytes Online Store renew automatically by default, charging the payment method on file at the end of a trial or on the expiration date. Yearly subscribers get a reminder email 30 days before renewal that states the amount to be charged. Turning auto-renewal off cancels future charges, and the subscription stays valid until it expires.
Android and iOS subscriptions
A subscription bought for an Android or iOS device is cancelled through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and its receipt comes from the store that billed you. Look in your Google Play order history or your Apple purchase history for those charges. Malwarebytes support can still help with unrecognized charges.
Invoice lookup and unrecognized charges
The Payment history table is the lookup for everything billed through your Malwarebytes account. For a charge you do not recognize, a refund or a billing information change you cannot make yourself, Malwarebytes support handles the request.
Malwarebytes invoices with the right name on them
Set the business name in the profile once, then let the renewals collect themselves. Connect the Malwarebytes account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal and downloads the invoice from Payment history with bill fetching. The 30-day reminder in your inbox can be filed by email receipt capture as a heads-up, and the invoice itself can back an expense report.
