How to get a Bitdefender invoice

Bitdefender emails the invoice or payment receipt to the billing address you gave for every order placed on its website. To download it again, sign in to Bitdefender Central, go to My Subscriptions, open the My Payments tab and view the order. The 2Checkout store portal, Bitdefender's authorized online vendor, offers a second route.

From Bitdefender Central

  1. Log in at central.bitdefender.com.
  2. Go to My Subscriptions on the left, then the My Payments tab at the top.
  3. Click View Details next to the product you bought.
  4. In the Product history, scroll down and click View order in the Actions column.
  5. Click Download invoice, or Print for the payment receipt.

All invoices are PDF documents. The Print button gives the payment receipt instead, if that is what your expense policy asks for.

When the purchase email differs from your Central login

If you bought with an email address that is not your Central account, Bitdefender sends a verification code to the purchase email. Click Continue with verification, enter the code, select Confirm code, then View payment details.

From the 2Checkout portal

  1. Go to store.bitdefender.com/myaccount.
  2. Enter the email address on your order and click Send access link.
  3. Open the email from 2Checkout and follow the link within one hour.
  4. Click View order details next to the product, then Invoice at the top of the order summary.

Invoice lookup by email address

Both routes find orders by email. Central needs the purchase email verified when it differs from the login, and 2Checkout only needs the address on the order. If a household or office bought several licenses under different emails, repeat the lookup for each. Keep a note of which address bought which license.

Bitdefender invoices, kept without the access link

A one-hour link and a verification code are fine once, tedious every year.
