If Avast processed your purchase, the invoice is in the Avast Account linked to the email you gave at checkout. Sign in at id.avast.com, click See your order history on the Order history tile, then Get invoice for the purchase. If an authorized reseller processed the order, that reseller provides the invoice.
Avast Account steps
- Sign in to your Avast Account. The login is the email address used for the purchase.
- On the Order history tile, click See your order history.
- Click Get invoice in the box for the purchase.
The invoice opens in a new browser window. Customers in the European Union and several other countries, Canada and Australia among them, can download a VAT invoice or credit memo as a PDF. Elsewhere, print it with Print.
No Avast Account yet
If you have never signed in, activate the Avast Account using the email address from the purchase, or reset the password if you have forgotten it. Your Avast orders are tied to that email.
When a reseller processed the order
Avast sells through Noventiq, Nexway and Cleverbridge in some markets. Noventiq customers contact Noventiq for the invoice. Nexway customers use the Nexway web portal, reached first through the access link in the confirmation email. Cleverbridge customers request a copy from Cleverbridge.
Invoice lookup: who processed it
To work out which company to ask, read the descriptor next to the charge on your card statement, or check the order confirmation email, which normally names the authorized reseller. The Order ID shown in Order history, or in that email, is the reference every party asks for. Refunds to a card or PayPal take up to 7 business days, and up to 14 for other payment methods.
Avast invoices from the right source
Knowing the processor is half the work. Connect the Avast Account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal and saves the invoice from Order history with bill fetching. Confirmation emails from Avast or a reseller can be filed by email receipt capture, and a Canadian VAT invoice keeps its GST or HST line for your input tax credits.
