Your ESET invoice is in the email ESET sent after your purchase. ESET states that subscription invoices are not stored or generated in the ESET eStore, in ESET HOME, or for business customers in ESET PROTECT Hub. If you cannot find the email, contact ESET Sales Support, or your reseller for a business subscription.
Finding the purchase email
The purchase email goes to the address used at checkout. It is also the message that carries your ESET-issued activation key, in the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format. Searching your inbox for that key or for mail from ESET around the purchase date is the quickest way to find the invoice.
What ESET HOME does and does not hold
An ESET HOME account has been mandatory for subscriptions bought after November 15, 2023, and it is where you manage devices, seats and auto-renewal. It does not hold invoices. Downloading the PDF from the email the day it arrives saves a support request later. Keep the activation key with it, since the same message carries both.
Renewals
Auto-renewal subscriptions renew until you cancel; manual-renewal subscriptions must be renewed before they expire. In North America, a manual renewal can happen any time after purchase and up to 365 days after expiry, and an early renewal only takes effect when the original term ends.
Invoice lookup through support or a reseller
Since nothing is stored online, ESET Sales Support is the lookup for a lost home invoice. Business subscriptions bought through a partner add a second option: the reseller that sold the license. Home users who change email addresses should update it with ESET Technical Support or in ESET HOME. Otherwise the next invoice goes to the old inbox.
Catch the ESET invoice the day it arrives
An invoice that only exists as an email needs to be caught on arrival.
