ShipStation subscription invoices are under Account Settings > Accounts & Payments > Subscriptions > Past Invoices, where each one downloads as a PDF. These invoices cover your monthly plan and add-ons such as extra users. Postage is not on them, whether you bought it through ShipStation Carriers or your own carrier accounts.
Downloading past invoices
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Accounts & Payments > Subscriptions.
- Click Past Invoices at the top of the page.
- Click Download next to the invoice date you need.
US accounts see an Invoices page here. Accounts outside the United States see a Transaction History page in its place.
A receipt for one label
For a specific label, copy its tracking number from the Shipments tab and contact ShipStation support. Ask for a Transaction Details Report and list the tracking number of each shipment you need. Support attaches one report per shipment to its email reply.
Postage balance invoices outside the US
- UK: under Transaction History, each Label Purchase has an invoice to download.
- France and Germany: since April 1, 2024, new payment methods no longer generate invoices for funds added to the postage balance. Review those payments in Transaction History.
- Funds Added: ShipStation issues no invoice for these and emails a receipt instead.
Monthly Data Archive
At the end of each month ShipStation builds an archive of your orders, shipments and shipment items. Under Accounts & Payments > Subscriptions > Data Archive, each month shows its total order value and shipping cost, and Download gives you a compressed CSV. It is the simplest way to total shipping spend over a quarter.
ShipStation fees and postage in one place
The subscription invoice, the emailed postage receipts and the carrier bills each show part of what shipping costs you. Our AI agent can sign in to ShipStation with your login and download each new subscription invoice through bill fetching. Funds Added receipts in your inbox are caught by email receipt capture, and both sides meet in your expense reports.
