How to get a FedEx Office receipt

For a FedEx Office online print order, the order confirmation page you land on after checkout is your receipt, and you can print it. FedEx Office also sends order confirmation and receipt emails for your records. If you buy through an invoiced FedEx Office print account, the invoice comes afterwards and lives in FedEx Office e-billing.
Receipts for online print orders
Print the confirmation page before you close it, then keep the receipt email that follows. FedEx Office's online printing FAQ covers web orders only. It does not describe reprinting a receipt from a counter purchase. Ask for the paper receipt or an email copy before you leave the store.
Order lookup in My Orders
- Sign in to your FedEx account.
- Click your name or avatar in the header and choose My Orders.
- Select the order to see what was printed, or choose Reorder to run it again.
Products made by FedEx Office can generally be reordered for up to 13 months after the original order. Items from Marketplace Sellers follow each seller's own reorder rules and ship with a separate shipping charge.
Invoiced print accounts and e-billing
An invoiced FedEx Office account works like a charge card: you enter the account number at checkout and FedEx Office sends an invoice after the transaction. A non-invoiced account gives discounts on print and copy, but you pay with a card at checkout. In e-billing you view statements, download electronic copies of invoices and make payments. Print accounts are separate from FedEx shipping accounts, which bill shipping charges through their own invoices.
Tax-exempt printing
A FedEx login alone does not remove sales tax. You need an approved FedEx Office print account, such as Print Preferred, with a state-validated exemption form on file. Add that account to your FedEx profile so it fills in at checkout, because tax is charged whenever the account is missing from the order.
FedEx Office print jobs on the right project
Print runs for a trade show or a client pitch are easy to lose among personal orders. The receipt emails FedEx Office sends are filed by email receipt capture as soon as they arrive. For print accounts, our AI agent can sign in and pull each statement and invoice through bill fetching, and the jobs land on the expense report for the project they belong to.
