The app is the quickest route on a job site. Sherwin-Williams lists viewing invoices and account information, paying bills and viewing statements among its features, along with ordering paint and building bids for customers. The same app speeds up checkout at the store counter.

Setting up online access

You can ask a Sherwin-Williams associate or your rep to create your online profile, or complete it yourself on mySW.com. Have your nine-digit PRO account number ready; it is printed at the top of your statement. Once linked, the profile shows your pricing, lets you view and pay account balances from a phone, tablet or computer, and lists previous purchases you can reorder.

Monthly statements on the dashboard

The PRO+ dashboard brings account activity, reorders and statements together. Use the statement to match payments against open invoices before you close the month, and keep each invoice behind it for the job file.

Exporting invoices to QuickBooks Online

• Works with QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus and Advanced; desktop versions are not supported.
• You manage the connection from a browser, not from the PRO+ app, and only one user with financial access per PRO+ account can connect.
• Exported types are Invoice, Credit, Return, Cash Transaction, Cash Return and Cash Correct.
• Each export gets a 14-digit number whose first five digits match the original Sherwin-Williams invoice number, which also lands in the Memo field.

No online access: invoice lookup through your rep

Sherwin-Williams does not describe a public invoice lookup form. Without online access, contact your sales representative or local store, or call 1-800-4SHERWIN. Store staff can also help if you do not have a PRO+ account yet.
