How to get a PPG Paints invoice

PPG Paints invoices for pro accounts are in eAccount, the online account tool on pittsburghpaints.com, the new home of the PPG Paints site. Sign in, search your invoices, select several at once and export them as PDF or Excel. eAccount also shows your balance, past payments and credits, and lets you pay by credit card or checking account.
PPG Paints is now Pittsburgh Paints
The company is bringing back Pittsburgh Paints, its original brand name, and ppgpaints.com now forwards to pittsburghpaints.com. The company says customers do not need to do anything and that reps, product lines and service stay the same. The switch rolls out over several years. You may see both names on labels, stores and paperwork for a while. Expect either name on a statement line or a card charge and file them under one vendor.
Finding invoices in eAccount
- Open the eAccount page and choose Login.
- Search for the invoice you need.
- Select one or more invoices.
- Export the selection as a PDF for your records or as Excel for a spreadsheet or bookkeeper.
Activity is updated through the most recently completed business day, and the account is reachable at any hour.
Payments, credits and balance
The same login shows the current balance, payments already made and credits applied to the account. Checking that view before you pay keeps a returned can or a pricing credit from being paid twice.
Paying online
eAccount takes payment by credit card or from a checking account. The payment does not replace the invoice in your books: keep the invoice PDF as the record of what was bought, and the payment entry as proof it was settled.
Signing up
New users start from Sign-Up For An Account on the eAccount page. A tutorial video and training guide sit under Preview e-Account if you want to see the screens before you register.
Paint invoices that survive a rebrand
A vendor that changes its name halfway through the year is exactly where invoices go missing. Connect your eAccount login and our AI agent signs in to collect each invoice through bill fetching, whichever name it carries. Invoices emailed to you are saved by email receipt capture, and each one can be coded to the job on an expense report.
