To find a Floor & Decor purchase, open the Order Lookup page and enter the phone number and order number tied to the order. That works without an account. For your full order history and tracking, sign in to your Floor & Decor account; PRO Premier members can also review order history in the PRO Premier app.
Order lookup without an account
The guest lookup checks one order at a time. You need the order number from your confirmation and the phone number used when you ordered. Keep the confirmation email: it carries the order number the lookup asks for.
Order history in your account
A Floor & Decor online account keeps your order history and sends email updates about each order, with tracking up to the moment it arrives. When tile, grout and underlayment for one job arrive in several orders, the account view is the easiest place to gather them.
PRO Premier app for installers
The PRO Premier app lets pros review active orders and order history, organize orders by client, build quotes to share with customers, check stock in nearby stores and see their rewards balance. Grouping orders by client is useful when you bill materials back to a homeowner.
Tax-exempt purchases
- Register or sign in to an online account first; certificates sent without one may take longer to verify.
- Email your certificate to customercare@flooranddecor.com, with one per state if you are registered in several, or have the PRO Services Team verify it in store.
- At checkout, sign in and select Apply Tax Exemption. It is not applied automatically.
Email submissions are confirmed within 24 to 48 hours. The exemption follows the delivery or pickup state: an order sent to a state where you are not registered is taxed.
Returns and the sales receipt
Refunds are offered within 90 days with a valid sales receipt. Without one, Floor & Decor asks for photo ID, records it in a company-wide returns database and may limit the return.

Flooring jobs pile up receipts from deposits, pickups and add-on orders. Snap the register slip with the receipt scanner before it fades in the truck, and let email receipt capture file every online order confirmation. Our AI agent can also sign in to your Floor & Decor account and pull order history through bill fetching.
