For a Sally Beauty online order, sign in and open the order history section of the manage account page. It holds every order placed in the last 12 months while you were signed in. Orders placed as a guest don't appear there, and Sally Beauty's help pages don't describe a way to retrieve in-store receipts online. Keep the paper copy from the store.
Order history, the online lookup
Orders you placed while signed in to your account are listed in order history for 12 months. Download or note what you need from older orders before they pass that mark, especially for supplies bought for a salon or a chair rental.
Orders placed as a guest
A guest checkout is not added to order history later. To check the status of a guest order, use the order status page with your order number and postal code. Keep the confirmation email, because it is the only copy you will have.
Changing or cancelling an order
Orders cannot be modified once placed. Only a customer service representative can cancel an order, and only before the distribution center processes it. Call quickly if a professional order went out with the wrong shade.
Which document to keep
For an online order, hold on to the confirmation email. It is the only copy for a guest order, and the only copy left once a signed-in order passes the 12 months that order history covers. For a store purchase, the printed receipt is the only proof.
Sally Beauty receipts kept for the salon books
Stylists who buy color, developer and tools at Sally usually split purchases between the store and the website, and only one of them leaves an online trail. Snap the store receipt with the receipt scanner before you leave. Online confirmations, guest orders included, are filed by email receipt capture, and each supply run becomes a categorized line in your expense report.
