How to get a Restaurant Depot receipt

Restaurant Depot keeps copies of your receipts in your online member account. Log in and open the Receipts tab. For a summary of a year's spending, go to MyAccount and choose Request Purchase History Letter on the left. Online access opens the day after your first in-store shop.
Getting online access
Membership is free for qualifying businesses, but it is finalized in the warehouse. You apply online, receive an account number and temporary card by email, then present your business license or IRS letter at the store to get the permanent card. As long as the account is active and you have shopped in-store at least once, you can register on the website. Its member benefits include copies of receipts and annual purchase history for tax purposes.
Receipt lookup in the Receipts tab
The member menu groups receipts under one heading, with entries for in-store receipts and for order history. Look there first before asking the warehouse for a reprint.
The Purchase History Letter
When an accountant asks for a year's food and supply purchases, the letter is quicker than pulling each receipt. Request it from MyAccount and follow the instructions there.
Sales tax exemption on the membership
If your business resells what it buys in the ordinary course of business, you can present sales tax license paperwork when finalizing the membership. Registered non-profits present a state sales tax exempt certificate. Businesses that do not qualify open the account with the business license or IRS letter alone. The login page also links to instructions for uploading a resale certificate or other exemption document.
Returns need a receipt
Returns are accepted only from members, at the store where you bought the items, and every return must come with a receipt. Perishables have 72 hours and non-perishables 7 days. Equipment sold with a warranty cannot be returned to the store. Delivery or pickup fees paid to third-party partners are not refunded.
Restaurant Depot receipts matched to food cost
A chef running to the warehouse twice a week comes back with a long register receipt each time. Snap it with the receipt scanner before it fades, or let our AI agent sign in to your member account and pull copies from the Receipts tab through bill fetching. The Purchase History Letter then backs up the year in tax receipts.
