How to get a Quill invoice

Quill keeps your order history for 13 months, and invoices for shipped orders are part of it. Sign in and use Order History & Tracking or Invoices & account balance in the account menu. Records appear the day after your first order, and customer service can help find anything older.
Invoice lookup in your account
From the day after an order, your online account gives access to order tracking, invoices for shipped orders, account balances and item usage reports, and the Return Wizard. Hover over My Account at the top of the page to reach them. Because history stops at 13 months, download what you need before it ages out.
Net 30 invoices
Business accounts may qualify for a credit limit with 30 days from the invoice date to pay, interest-free. The Net 30 option appears at checkout only under certain pre-qualifying conditions, and an application answer usually comes within minutes. Approved orders are confirmed, shipped and invoiced.
Paying Quill invoices
Open invoices can be paid through Quill's online billing portal by direct bank payment; set it up under Payment Settings on the Settings tab. Checks go to Quill LLC, P.O. Box 37600, Philadelphia, PA 19101-0600, with the invoice remittance section and your account number on the check. Open invoices cannot be paid by credit card. Pay by card at checkout instead. PayPal orders with several deliveries are charged once per shipment.
Tax-exempt organizations
Send your exemption certificate to the Quill tax department at tax.exempt@quill.com, by fax at 800-499-8805 or by mail, with your account number or the word new. Once it is received, tax charged to your account is credited. On a first order with a certificate already on file, the Online Order Recap still shows tax, but the Order Confirmation email reflects the final price without it. Quill's federal tax ID is 04-2896127, and a W-9 is available to download.
Quill invoices saved before they age out
Thirteen months of history covers one year-end, not two. Our AI agent can sign in to Quill and save each invoice as it posts through bill fetching. Order Confirmation emails, which carry the final tax, can go to email receipt capture, and the office supply spend is ready for tax receipts.
