How to get a Zoro receipt

On Zoro.com, open My Account from the upper right, click View All Order History, select the orders you need, and click the blue Download as PDF button on the right. Net 30 account holders also get invoices, which they view, print and pay in Zoro's invoice payment portal, run by Versapay.
Receipt lookup in order history
My Account shows your most recent orders. The full list sits behind View All Order History, and selecting several orders lets you download their receipts in one go. For return history older than one year, Zoro asks you to contact customer service.
Net 30 invoices in the Versapay portal
Business accounts can apply for Net 30 terms after the account is created. Net 30 customers sign in to the Versapay portal with their Zoro.com email and password to check account statements, print invoices and pay online. The session times out after inactivity; use Sign back in to Versapay to return. Zoro's Invoice Payment Portal User Guide covers the common tasks.
Adding tax exemption
- Sign in and open Account overview from the My Account icon.
- On the Tax exemptions card, click Add tax exemption.
- Pick a state and submit the online form, once per ship-to state.
Exemption applies to the shipping address only and is usually available right away, with review taking 1 to 3 business days. Contractor, single-use or unit certificates leave the account taxable. To place a taxable order in an exempt state, Zoro asks for a second account with a different email.
Tax charged in error
Zoro cannot issue a revised invoice without sales tax. Instead, once your certificate for the ship-to state is approved, it refunds the tax to the original payment method or applies a sales tax credit memo to your invoice. Email salestax@zoro.com with your order number and customer number; refunds take 10 to 13 business days. Statutory exemptions, such as food or PPE in some states, are refunded the same way.
Zoro receipts and credit memos together
A refunded tax arrives as a credit memo or card refund, separate from the receipt it corrects. Our AI agent can sign in to Zoro and save the receipt PDFs and Net 30 invoices through bill fetching. A maintenance tech who orders on a personal card can submit the PDF on an expense report, and the corrected totals feed tax receipts.
