How to get a RentRedi invoice

RentRedi subscription invoices are on the web dashboard, not in the app. Sign in at app.rentredi.com in a browser, click your name in the upper-right corner and select Settings. Account Settings is where you view billing history and invoices, change plans, update the payment method or cancel.
Why the mobile app doesn't show billing
RentRedi says Apple and Google have their own rules for subscription management, and it keeps all plan and billing tools on the web dashboard instead. The browser can be on a computer, phone or tablet. Changes you make there sync to the app automatically.
Invoice lookup in Account Settings
Account Settings lists your billing history and invoices for the landlord plan. These are RentRedi's charges to you. They are not the automatic rent receipts tenants get when they pay through RentRedi, which live with the payment records on your dashboard. Keep the two apart in your books; one is a software expense, the other is rental income.
How RentRedi plans bill
Plans come in three terms: monthly, 6-month and annual. Each includes the same features, and the only difference is how often you pay. Billing starts when you subscribe; RentRedi stresses it isn't a free trial. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies if RentRedi isn't right for you, and plans can be cancelled anytime without a contract.
Updating the card on file
- From the dashboard, click your name at the top right and select Settings.
- Under Payment Method, click Edit Payment, then Edit Payment again.
- Enter the new card and click Add.
RentRedi asks landlords to use a credit or debit card. If a renewal fails or a trial ends, the dashboard shows a prompt with three choices: Update Card, Cancel Your Membership or Sign Out.
Getting help with a charge
RentRedi Chat Support runs 24/7. Open Live Chat from the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard and have the invoice date and amount ready.
RentRedi invoices saved with your rental expenses
Since the app never shows them, RentRedi invoices are easy to forget until tax season. Give our AI agent your RentRedi login through bill fetching and it opens Account Settings on the web after each renewal, saves the invoice and files it as a software cost. Any RentRedi billing email can also go through email receipt capture. Both land in the same place as your other rental expenses for tax time.
