How to get a TurboTenant receipt

TurboTenant subscription receipts are in Settings > Billing. Click your name or company name in the lower-left corner, choose Settings, open Billing and scroll to Receipts. Each line shows a date, a description and an amount, and the download icon beside it saves a copy.
Receipt lookup in Billing
The Receipts section is the record of what TurboTenant charged you: your Premium plan, renewals and other eligible purchases. It is a different screen from Rent Payments, which covers money tenants send you. TurboTenant keeps the two apart on purpose: the Billing Method is the card it charges, and rent deposits go to the bank accounts set up under Rent Payments.
The billing card
Landlord subscriptions have to be paid with an accepted credit or debit card; a bank account can't be used. To swap cards, click the pencil icon beside the current card and save. With no card on file, choose Add A Card. Team assistants can't add or change the billing card. You also can't remove the card while a paid plan is active, while the subscription is past due, or after cancelling before the paid period ends.
Annual renewals
Most TurboTenant plans bill once a year and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. About 30 days before renewal, a reminder goes to your account email. If you do nothing, the saved Billing Method is charged. Monthly billing isn't offered on every account; if Manage Plan shows only annual pricing, there is no setting that turns it on.
Refund policy
TurboTenant doesn't refund fees, purchases or subscription charges. Cancelling after a renewal stops the next one but leaves the current charge in place, and you keep the paid features until the term ends. Support can identify a charge, explain your renewal date and help you cancel, but it can't approve a refund for a non-refundable charge.
Questioning a charge
If a card charge doesn't match what Billing shows, check your subscription status there first. Then contact TurboTenant Support with the receipt date and amount. Support also looks into charges you believe were unauthorized.
TurboTenant receipts saved before renewal day
One annual receipt is easy to lose by the following spring. Connect your TurboTenant login and our AI agent opens Settings > Billing after each charge, downloads the receipt and files it with your rental expenses, through bill fetching. The yearly subscription is then on hand at tax time, and a property manager who paid on a personal card can submit it in an expense report.
