How to get a Make invoice

Make invoices are on your organization's Payments page. Click Org in the left sidebar, then Payments under My Plan, and select PDF next to the invoice you need. Make also emails each invoice, by default to the address the organization owner used when creating the organization.
Downloading past invoices
- Click Org in the left sidebar.
- Under My Plan, click Payments.
- Click PDF beside the invoice.
Your browser saves the file to its downloads folder. Billing belongs to the organization rather than to individual users. If you are a member of several organizations, open the one that pays for the plan first.
Changing where invoices are emailed
Organization owners and admins can send invoices somewhere else. Click Org, open the profile menu and go to Organization settings, then Change billing details. Edit the Email field and click Save. The new address receives the next invoice. Earlier invoices are not resent.
Putting the company and tax ID on invoices
In the same Change billing details dialog, choose Yes under I am a business, then add the company name and Company Tax ID. From the next invoice on, Make bills the company instead of you personally. According to Make's help center, only US customers pay sales tax, which is worked out from the zip code. A US organization that is exempt can apply by sending verified tax documents to Make support.
Cards, bank debit and extra credits
Payment methods live under Org, Subscription. US customers on monthly or annual plans can pay by ACH direct debit through the Link option. Make bills in credits, and when scenarios use more than the plan includes, extra credits are bought by hand or through auto-purchasing. A second card can be marked Set for extras from its three-dot menu, which keeps top-ups apart from the base subscription.
Make invoices next to the automations they pay for
Every Make invoice goes to a single billing email that owners can change in seconds. Set it to an address that email receipt capture reads and each subscription charge and credit top-up is filed with its amount and tax as it arrives. For months already billed, our AI agent can sign in to the organization and collect the PDFs from Payments with bill fetching. Top-ups paid on a team member's own card belong on an expense report.
