How to get an Airtable invoice

Airtable invoices and receipts are on each workspace's Billing page, and only workspace Owners can open them. On Free and Team plans, go to your account overview, select the workspace under Workspace settings, click Billing, then View invoice. Business and Enterprise Scale plans keep billing in the admin panel.
Where to look on each plan
- Free and Team: account overview, the workspace under Workspace settings, Billing, then View invoice. Both the invoice and the receipt download from there.
- Business and Enterprise Scale: open the admin panel and click Billing.
Airtable bills workspaces, not accounts. A company with three paid workspaces gets three separate sets of invoices.
Invoice or receipt?
Both are provided each month. The invoice is itemized: plan type, collaborators, AI credit packs, Portals and any workspace credits applied. The receipt is a non-itemized proof of payment with the card type, its last four digits and the amount charged in USD, matching the invoice's balance due. Keep the pair together.
Who gets the invoice email
Team and self-serve Business plans have no separate billing email. Invoices go to every workspace Owner at the end of each billing cycle. To add a recipient, make that person an Owner, which adds a seat if they are not already a billable collaborator. On sales-led Business and Enterprise Scale, invoices go to the enterprise admins managed in the admin panel.
Adding your address and tax code
From the account overview, select the workspace, open Invoice details and choose Add invoice details. You can enter an address, tax code information and invoice notes. Changes start with the next invoice, and already issued invoices cannot be changed retroactively.
Why a total looks unusual
Adding collaborators mid-cycle creates a "Remaining time" charge at the new seat count and an "Unused time" credit at the old one, and the difference is what you pay. Removing someone mid-cycle does not lower the current invoice. Annual customers receive no monthly invoice unless seats changed that cycle, and those adjustment invoices can show a zero balance.
Airtable billing for every workspace in one place
With each workspace billed separately and only Owners able to see the files, Airtable invoices end up spread across several inboxes. Each Owner can forward the monthly email to email receipt capture, or one Owner can connect a login and our AI agent collects the invoice and receipt for every workspace with bill fetching. Seat adjustments then reach the right expense report with their receipt attached.
