How to get a Zapier invoice

Zapier invoices are in your account's Billing and usage settings, on the Billing settings tab, under Invoices. Select View Details to open one, then print it and choose Save as PDF. On Team and Enterprise plans, only account owners and admins can see this page.
Opening an invoice
- Go to zapier.com/app/settings/billing.
- Click the Billing settings tab.
- Scroll to Invoices, where current and past invoices are listed.
- Click View Details next to the one you need. It opens in a new tab.
Invoices belong to the account you are viewing. If you work across several Zapier accounts, switch with the account menu in the top-right corner before you search.
Saving it as a PDF
There is no download button for Zapier invoices. With the invoice open, right-click it, pick Print, and set the destination to Save as PDF. Naming the file with the month and the reference code keeps a folder easy to sort.
The reference code is the invoice number
Each invoice carries a Reference Code. Zapier's help center calls it the invoice's unique number, which makes it the value to record in your accounting software or tax files.
Emailing paid invoices to finance
Zapier can send every paid invoice by email. On the Billing settings tab, find Invoice Information, click Update Info, tick Email a copy of paid invoices, and type the address in Email where you want invoices sent. Click Save Changes. If the address field stays empty, copies go to the account email. A shared finance inbox is a good choice, because the person who builds your Zaps is rarely the one who files the bills.
Billing access on team plans
On Team and Enterprise plans, billing information is limited to account owners and admins. Members who need a copy should ask one of them, or be set as the invoice email recipient. Plans are prepaid for the next month or year. If a renewal payment fails, retry it from the same Billing and usage page.
Zapier invoices without the print step
Zapier invoices are web pages until someone prints them, which makes the email copy the easiest record to keep. Point Email where you want invoices sent at a mailbox that email receipt capture watches and each paid invoice is filed with its reference code and amount. To pull them from the account instead, our AI agent signs in with your login and saves each invoice through bill fetching. A plan an employee put on a personal card then goes onto an expense report.
