How to find a Kroger receipt

To find a Kroger receipt, log in to your Kroger digital account, check that your Loyalty ID (shopper's card) is linked and matches the one you use in store, and open My Purchases. Paid with Kroger Pay? The digital receipt is in the app. Orders placed while logged out may not show up.

  1. Log in to your Kroger digital account.
  2. Make sure your Loyalty ID is added, and that it matches the one you use when you shop.
  3. Open My Purchases to review your purchase history.

Kroger Pay

If you pay with Kroger Pay in the app, in store or at the fuel center, the digital receipt is in the app.

Pickup and delivery

Orders placed while logged in appear in My Purchases, and Kroger sends an email or text confirmation within a few minutes of ordering. Orders placed while logged out may not show in your history. Sign in before you order anything you will need to expense.

Reading the receipt

Coupon discounts appear below the item they apply to. Digital coupons show as "ecpn".

If you delete your digital account

Your purchase history stays on your Kroger card record. Customer Service or the in-store service desk can access it.

Groceries for a business

Office snacks and event supplies need the itemized receipt, not the card statement. Scanning your Loyalty ID every time is what makes it findable later.

Kroger receipts collected without the paper

Purchases tied to your Loyalty ID wait in My Purchases, which our AI agent can read: connect the Kroger account and it signs in and saves each new receipt through bill fetching. Pickup and delivery confirmations come by email, where email receipt capture files them.
