How to get a PetSmart receipt

Recent orders, the online lookup

Your PetSmart account lists recent in-store pickup orders and online orders. From there you can print a receipt or reorder the same items. The Canadian site, petsmart.ca, describes the same account features and the same limit on store orders.

Purchases at the register

The account does not show what you bought at the checkout counter. For a copy, contact PetSmart Customer Care, which lists 1-888-839-9638. A Treats Rewards member still has a trail: the receipt shows the points earned on that purchase, with base points and bonus points broken out separately, and the points balance appears at the bottom.

Points missing from a purchase

If your Treats account wasn't applied at the register, call Customer Care at 1-888-839-9638 and have the receipt in hand. Each transaction can only be claimed once. Your balance is also visible when you sign in at petsmart.com/treats-rewards, from a cashier, or often at the top of PetSmart emails.

Returning an online order

Online orders can come back to a store for free, with the order confirmation as proof of purchase and the credit card you paid with. Same-day delivery, in-store pickup, delivery app orders and PetSmart services can only be returned in stores. Without that same card, or for orders paid by PayPal or through a delivery app, PetSmart gives a merchandise return card instead of a refund to your card. Prescription medication cannot be returned at all.
