How to get a Nextiva invoice

Nextiva invoices are in the Nextiva Voice Administrator Portal. Sign in as an administrator with billing access, open My Account from the name in the upper right, choose Billing, then History & Invoices. Set a date range, click Get Invoices, and click an invoice amount to open it in the browser. Nextiva keeps every invoice online for the life of the account.
Step by step
- Sign in with an admin account that has billing rights.
- Hover over the account manager's name in the upper right and select My Account.
- Choose Billing, then History & Invoices.
- Pick the date range and click Get Invoices.
- Click the amount to display the invoice.
Nextiva does not send paper bills.
The pro forma invoice
Seven days before each renewal, the billing email on file receives a pro forma invoice. It previews what will be charged, including toll-free and credit usage up to that date. The final total can still change if more usage accrues or products are added. After renewal, the same address gets a receipt.
Renewals and failed payments
Renewals are charged automatically to the payment method on file at the start of each monthly, quarterly or annual cycle, counted from the day the account was created. The full amount must go on one credit card. If a charge fails, Nextiva emails you at once and retries daily for seven days, after which service may be interrupted. A reactivation fee of up to $25.00 can apply. Update the card in the billing section of the portal. Each automatic renewal still produces an invoice, and that invoice is the document for your books.
What each invoice lists
Charges fall into four groups: Recurring, One-Time, Usage and Taxes and Fees. Fees include a Regulatory Recovery Fee, a Universal Service Fee set quarterly by the FCC and an E911 fee on every VoIP line. Tax-exempt customers email billing@nextiva.com, and nonprofits send a W-9 there.
Nextiva invoices beside the pro forma
The pro forma email is a preview, not the final bill. Connect a billing admin login and our AI agent downloads the actual invoice from History & Invoices after each renewal with bill fetching. The renewal receipt sent to the billing email can go to email receipt capture, and the USF, E911 and tax lines are kept for your tax receipts.
