For a Mark's online order, the receipt is the e-receipt included in the completed "Thank you" email. If you ordered while signed in, you can send it again: open Order History, select the order, and choose Email my e-Receipt on the Order Details page. Pick-up orders get an Official Sales Receipt at the store, and delivered orders include one with the shipping documents.
Which document counts as the receipt
- The confirmation page you see after paying is not a receipt.
- The completed "Thank you" email carries the e-receipt for every order.
- For store pick-up, the Official Sales Receipt is handed over when you collect the order.
- For ship-to-home, the receipt travels with the shipping documents.
Receipt lookup in your Mark's account
Signed-in shoppers can resend the e-receipt from Order Details. Mark's sends the same email again, unchanged. The button is missing for guest checkouts, since that option depends on the order being placed while signed in. Returns with and without a receipt
Mark's accepts returns within 100 days with the original receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping charge. Without a receipt, the return is credited to a store merchandise card at the lowest system price from the last 14 months. A gift receipt also gets a merchandise card, at the price shown on it. Triangle Rewards members can return products without a paper receipt.
L'Équipeur in Quebec
Mark's operates in Quebec as L'Équipeur. Triangle Rewards treats them as one banner: its no-paper-receipt return benefit names Mark's/L'Équipeur stores together.
Workwear bought for work
Safety boots and work clothes often end up on an expense claim or a contractor's books. The e-receipt lists each item and the tax; a card statement does not. Mark's online ordering page also lists its GST and QST registration numbers.
Mark's receipts attached to the claim
Workwear receipts tend to vanish before the claim is filed. Email receipt capture picks up the Mark's "Thank you" email and reads the items and tax. The paper Official Sales Receipt from a pick-up can be photographed with the Smartbills app before you leave the store, and boots bought for a job site land in an expense report with the receipt attached.
