How to get a Johnstone Supply invoice

Each store runs its own setup

Johnstone Supply stores are independently set up online, and each has its own pages under its store number. To see your pricing and use your account, you first identify your local store and sign in. Sign-in or password trouble goes to that store, not to a national desk.

Turning on online payments

1. Open your store's Online Payments page.
2. Click Register Now and complete the short request form.
3. Wait for the store to enable online payments on your account.
4. Log in with your existing website credentials.

View and Pay Invoices

Once enabled, the View and Pay Invoices page shows your invoices and account balance and lets you pay online. Questions about an invoice go to the store's accounting team by email from the same page.

Statements and downloads through Billtrust

Stores that link the Billtrust portal describe more tools: download invoices and statements into your accounting software, view bills online, schedule future payments and turn on payment reminders in Settings. A store without an account for you will send you to its request-account form first.

Invoice lookup for an older purchase

Johnstone Supply's pages don't describe a public lookup form. Signed-in customers find past invoices in View and Pay Invoices, and your local store can help with anything older.

Johnstone Supply invoices saved for every service call

HVAC techs grab parts at the counter between calls, and the invoice rarely reaches the office the same day. Connect your Johnstone Supply login and our AI agent signs in to download each invoice and statement through bill fetching. Billtrust invoice emails are filed by email receipt capture, and a counter slip goes in with a photo through the receipt scanner.
