How to get a Northern Tool invoice

Order lookup with or without an account

Signed in, My Orders shows your whole order history. Without signing in, the guest lookup needs two things: the order number or customer number from your confirmation email, and the ZIP code on the billing address. Then click Find My Order.

Getting the invoice by email

• Enter one email address at a time in the Email Invoice layer.
• Allow up to five minutes for delivery.
• Add CustomerCare@NorthernTool.com to your contacts so the invoice does not land in spam.
• Print or forward it from your email client.

To send copies to both your own inbox and a bookkeeper, repeat the step for each address.

Confirmation at checkout

Northern Tool suggests printing the order confirmation receipt when you place an online order. Confirmation and status emails go to the email on your billing address, and account holders also get a notice when in-stock orders ship. The confirmation shows the order, while the invoice you email yourself later is the cleaner copy for your books.

Returns

Eligible products can be returned within 60 days of receipt, unused and in original condition. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to items that are not defective or come back opened, used, incomplete or without packaging, and factory-shipped products need manufacturer approval first. Keep the invoice until the return window closes.
