How to get a Würth Canada invoice

Würth Canada invoices are in the eShop under My Account. Log in at shop.wurth.ca, open your My Account page and click View Invoices. To pay, go to My Account, then Pay & View Invoices, tick the invoices and click Pay Invoice(s); online invoice payment only accepts credit cards.
Linking your customer number
Current Würth customers can register quickly by entering their customer number and an invoice number from 2019 or later. Würth emails you once the account is linked to the customer number. The link brings over your historical pricing and gives you access to Order History, including orders placed before you used the eShop.
Order history and tracking
Order History on the My Account page lists current and past orders. Open an order and check the Tracking column for shipment details. After each online order, you also get an Order Summary email, which is a handy place to note the job the parts were for.
Paying invoices
- Credit card: from Pay & View Invoices in the eShop.
- EFT or direct deposit: arranged by email with Würth Canada.
Team logins and PO numbers
Each person on your team can create an eShop login linked to the same customer account. Everyone sees the same order history, invoices and prices under their own username. PO numbers are available to accounts with Account Credit: enter the PO in the P.O.# field on the shipping address page during checkout. To get Account Credit, contact customer service at 1-800-263-5002.
Invoice lookup by PO
Würth's FAQ does not describe a public invoice lookup. Signed-in users find invoices under View Invoices; entering a PO number at checkout makes it easier to match the invoice to your own purchase order later.
Würth Canada invoices matched to your shop and fleet
Fasteners, chemicals and shop supplies arrive from Würth in small, frequent orders that are easy to lose track of. Connect your eShop login and our AI agent signs in to save every invoice under View Invoices through bill fetching. Order Summary emails are filed by email receipt capture, and the GST or HST on each invoice is ready for your expense reports.
