When an employer buys a Jobillico package, payment is due in full at the time of purchase and Jobillico emails a confirmation of the transaction. Jobillico's terms ask you to keep that email. Its privacy policy explains that Jobillico receives the package bought and the amount from the payment provider so it can generate your invoice.
How a Jobillico purchase is paid
Bank and card details are handled by PayPal or Desjardins, not by Jobillico. A third-party payment provider collects the card number, and Jobillico gets confirmation only once the payment has gone through. The purchase confirmation does not show your card number.
Invoice lookup and copies
Jobillico's terms and privacy policy do not describe a place in the employer account to download past invoices. Treat the confirmation email as the record and file it the day it arrives. For a copy or a change, contact Jobillico customer service directly; ending an employer registration is also done by phone or email.
Refunds and late payment
The terms state that no refund is granted. If a user's status changes during a subscription, Jobillico may move the account to a different package and pricing. Any amount Jobillico claims that stays unpaid after 30 days bears interest at 2% per month until paid.
GST and QST on job postings
For a Quebec business registered for the taxes, the GST and QST paid on a Jobillico package can be claimed back. CRA requires the supplier's GST/HST registration number on supporting documents for purchases of $100 or more. Check that your confirmation or invoice shows Jobillico's numbers before filing it.
Jobillico confirmations filed with the hiring file
A confirmation email that is the only record of a purchase is easy to lose in a recruiter's inbox. Email receipt capture picks up each Jobillico confirmation and keeps it with the package and amount. The posting costs then join the role's expense report, and the GST and QST are counted for your tax receipts.
