How to get a Hostinger invoice

Hostinger invoices are in the Billing section of your dashboard, opened from the profile icon. Go to Payment History, click the arrow next to a payment and choose Download Invoice in the Payment Details window. The PDF saves to your browser's download folder.
Downloading an invoice
- Open Billing from the profile icon in the Hostinger dashboard.
- Select Payment History.
- Click the arrow next to the payment.
- Click Download Invoice.
Each entry lists the payment ID, subscription ID, service, billing period, paid date and amount. Refunds are on a separate Refunded History tab.
Company name and tax ID
Invoices are generated automatically once a payment completes, and issued invoices cannot be changed or customized. They show the name, address, email and phone number from your account. Add a company name and VAT or tax ID to the account before your next purchase. From then on, they appear on every invoice.
Which countries get tax invoices
Tax-compliant invoices are only issued to entities with a valid tax ID in the EU and Northern Ireland (intracommunity VAT invoices), India (GST invoices) and Indonesia (e-Faktur, requested separately with an NPWP). Elsewhere, the standard invoice serves as proof of purchase. A Brazilian nota fiscal isn't available, and companies registered in the UAE get a regular invoice showing the VAT charged.
Auto-renewal timing
With auto-renewal on, Hostinger charges the saved payment method ahead of expiry: 27 days before for domains, 14 days for yearly plans and 1 day for monthly plans. The toggle sits next to each service under Subscriptions, which also shows renewal prices with taxes and fees. Domain renewal payments are non-refundable. Under Payment Methods you can check your Hostinger balance, add or remove cards and digital wallets, and pick the default method used for renewals. Cancelling a service stops future renewals but keeps it active until its expiration date.
Hostinger invoices for every renewal
Domains renew almost a month ahead of the hosting plan, which spreads invoices through the year. Connect your Hostinger login and our AI agent downloads each new PDF from Payment History with bill fetching. Payment emails can go to email receipt capture, and the VAT or GST on each invoice is kept for your tax receipts.
