How to get a SiteGround invoice

SiteGround invoices are in the Client Area under Billing, Payment History, at my.siteground.com/billing/payment-history. Find the payment and click Invoice on its right to get the invoice for that payment.
Using Payment History
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Open Billing, then Payment History.
- Review your payments so far.
- Click Invoice next to the payment you need.
Each payment has its own invoice. The page has date finder calendars to show a specific period.
E-commerce platform fee invoices
Stores on the Ecommerce Sell plan pay a 3% platform fee on the gross amount of each customer payment taken through an integrated payment processor, on top of the processor's own fees. Grow and Scale plans don't pay it. The fee is billed through a payment named "Summary Invoice – E-commerce Platform Fee". In the Documents column, Invoice downloads the invoice PDF and Statement downloads a statement PDF.
The address used for US sales tax
US customers may be charged sales tax depending on the state where the services are used. SiteGround treats your primary address as that location. It is the address entered during the first hosting purchase, shown in the Owner Profile Details section of the Client Area, where it can be edited. Keeping it accurate is the customer's responsibility. To claim an exemption, present a certificate on a form approved by the state in your client profile.
Checking a charge you do not recognize
Every payment to SiteGround is listed under Billing in the Client Area. If a card charge looks unfamiliar, check Payment History first, then consider whether a co-worker or webmaster created an account for you. If it still does not match, contact SiteGround support by 24/7 chat with the last four card digits, the amount and the date.
How SiteGround is paid
SiteGround accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and notes that available methods may change by region.
SiteGround hosting and platform fees, filed separately
An online store on SiteGround produces two kinds of documents: hosting invoices and platform fee statements. Connect the Client Area login and our AI agent downloads both from Payment History with bill fetching. Payment emails can go to email receipt capture, and the sales tax on hosting invoices is kept for your tax receipts.
