Porkbun invoices are under ACCOUNT, View Orders. After you log in, click ACCOUNT at the top right, choose View Orders and click an order number. The invoice opens in a new tab with a Download PDF button in the top-left corner.

Recent orders are at the top, and you can filter by calendar year. Download Order History exports your full order history as a CSV file, handy for a year-end reconciliation. Inside an invoice, Print opens the print menu.
What a Porkbun invoice shows
The top of each invoice lists Porkbun's details, the registrant information, the order ID, the date and the payment method. Buyer details come from your account's Settings/Billing page.
Adding a business name or VAT number
Add a business name or VAT number on your account settings page. Porkbun says it then appears on previous and future invoices. You don't have to wait for the next renewal to get a corrected document.
Paying with account credit or ACH
Under Settings / Billing, Pre-fund Your Account buys account credit, from a minimum of $10, which then pays for future purchases and automatic renewals. US customers with a verified ID can link a US bank account and buy credit by ACH. Those purchases can take up to 7 days to clear. Fund the account well before renewals come due.
An invoice as proof of domain ownership
Porkbun doesn't issue an official ownership certificate. When an agency asks for proof and doesn't offer DNS validation, Porkbun recommends the invoice PDF, which shows the buyer, the domain name, the purchase date and the registrar.
Checking that an invoice email is real
Every email Porkbun sends to your account is also kept under Messages in the account. If a receipt or renewal email looks suspicious, compare it with the copy there.
Porkbun domain renewals in your books
Domain renewals come once a year, often for several names on different dates. Connect your Porkbun login and our AI agent downloads each invoice from View Orders with bill fetching. Order emails can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and a domain paid on a personal card goes onto an expense report.
