Epidemic Sound subscription receipts are on your Account page. Log in, click Subscriptions and select Download next to the receipt you need. Track Shop purchases have their own receipt page, and Enterprise subscribers get receipts from their Customer Success Manager.
Subscription receipts
- Log in and go to your Account page.
- Click Subscriptions.
- Click Download next to the receipt.
Epidemic Sound does not provide physical invoicing for online subscriptions. The downloaded receipt is the record.
Single tracks from the Track Shop
Single track licenses are separate from the subscription. Their receipts are reached through a dedicated Track Shop link in the help center after you log in, not from the Subscriptions page.
Receipts for tax purposes
Epidemic Sound's help center points anyone who needs a receipt for taxes to the Pro plan. EU subscribers on Pro should add a valid VAT number to avoid being charged Swedish VAT. Enterprise subscribers can't use the self-service steps at all.
When the trial turns into a charge
The trial starts once you add a payment method, start the subscription and connect a channel. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically into a paid monthly or annual subscription, and that first charge produces the first receipt. Tracks downloaded during the trial are only cleared for content published during the trial.
Billing cycles and payment methods
Creator and Pro are offered with monthly or yearly billing. Payment is by MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, PayPal, GPay and some local options such as JCB and Union Pay. To change the method, go to Account, Subscriptions, scroll to Billing Information and click Edit under your payment details, then Confirm.
Epidemic Sound receipts for creators who bill clients
When a channel or a small studio pays for music on the shared company card, each receipt has to reach the books. Connect your Epidemic Sound login and our AI agent downloads each subscription receipt with bill fetching. Track Shop receipts sent by email can go to email receipt capture, and the music licence then sits on the right expense report for the project.
