How to get an Artlist invoice

Artlist invoices are in My Account, on the Invoices tab. Select your avatar, choose My Account, open Invoices and click Download All for your full history, or pick individual invoices. Artlist does not send invoices by email, and the invoice is its official proof of purchase. No separate receipt exists.
Downloading invoices
- Click Home and select your avatar.
- Choose My Account.
- Go to the Invoices tab.
- Click Download All, or select the invoices you need.
Each invoice shows the subscription, billing period and payment method.
Company name and address
The address on an invoice is the billing address saved when the payment was made. To change it for future invoices, open My Account, go to Billings, enter the new address and click Save before the next renewal. To edit the name or address on an invoice already issued, or to add a company tax ID or VAT number, contact Artlist. Invoices from previous financial quarters can't be updated.
Two issuing companies
Older invoices, up to 2024, were issued by Artlist Ltd in Israel. Newer ones may come from Artlist UK Ltd, depending on your region. Artlist says both are valid. Payment method details printed on an issued invoice cannot be edited.
No invoice before payment
Artlist only generates invoices after a successful payment, and trial accounts produce none. A company that needs an invoice before buying is pointed to the pricing page. Purchase orders and bank transfers aren't accepted.
Renewals and payment methods
Subscriptions are prepaid for the month or year and renew automatically at the start of each cycle with the saved method. Artlist accepts credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Monthly billing exists for Music & SFX Social and AI Suite, while every plan can be billed yearly. Cancelling auto-renewal in the Billings section keeps the plan active until the period ends.
Artlist invoices that nobody emails
Because Artlist never sends invoices by email, each renewal has to be downloaded by someone. Connect your Artlist login and our AI agent fetches the new invoice after every renewal with bill fetching. Card alerts or PayPal receipts can go to email receipt capture, and the licence is assigned to the right project on an expense report.
