Envato keeps invoices in two places. For Envato Market purchases such as ThemeForest or CodeCanyon items, go to Profile, then the Statements tab, click the invoice link and choose Download as PDF. For an Envato Elements subscription, open My Account and click Payment history.
Envato Market statements
- Log in and hover over your username at the top.
- Select Profile, then the Statements tab.
- Click More Options + to widen the default 30-day view by range, period, transaction type, marketplace or document number.
- In the Detail column, click the invoice link and select Download as PDF.
A document number search needs the full number, such as IVIP0011122. Receipts don't show up in those results.
Why one purchase has several invoices
Each item license bought on Envato Market generates an invoice from the author for the license, an invoice from Envato for the buyer fee, and one for the handling fee if your order has one. Card or PayPal "Buy Now" purchases also produce a receipt. Refunds generate credit notes. File them all together.
Envato Elements invoices
Click your name in the bottom-left corner, choose My Account, go to Manage subscription and click Payment history. Click the download icon to save a PDF, or the invoice number to open it. That link may lead to a Stripe invoice page, which Envato confirms is the official invoice. Free accounts have none, and invoices belong to the email that subscribed. If you hold more than one Envato account, check your inbox for the subscription confirmation to find the right one. Support asks for your full name, the transaction ID or payment email, and the last four digits of the card.
Older purchases
No new invoices are issued for Market purchases made before February 1, 2015, though the transactions remain on your statement.
Envato licenses and fees kept together
A theme bought on Envato Market can produce three invoices from two issuers, which makes manual filing slow. Connect your Envato login and our AI agent downloads every invoice for a purchase with bill fetching. Elements renewal emails can go to email receipt capture, and the VAT, GST or sales tax on each is kept for your tax receipts.
