How to get a Hamster invoice

To get a Hamster invoice, log in at com.hamster.ca, open the My Account menu and go to Sales Document Tracking, which Hamster also calls Order History. It lists your orders, invoices and return requests, and clicking a document opens its details. Commercial accounts are billed monthly, and every order also sends a confirmation email you can keep.
Sales Document Tracking
- Go to com.hamster.ca and click My Account, then Log in, at the top right.
- Enter your login details. The English button switches the site language.
- Open the My Account menu. Its Orders and Carts section holds orders, invoices, carts and purchase lists.
- Choose Sales Document Tracking and click an invoice to see its details.
The order list shows the order date, PO number, status, cost center and total. That makes it the fastest place to match a Hamster invoice to an internal purchase order. Hamster's guide notes that account access may vary. A buyer may see fewer options than an administrator.
Commercial and personal accounts
Hamster is the flagship brand of Novexco, a Canadian office supply distributor. A commercial account opens within 24 to 48 hours, a sales representative gets in touch, and the account gets monthly billing with negotiated prices visible on the site. A personal account pays by credit card when ordering. Either way, a confirmation email arrives right after the order, with the delivery date.
Returns beside your invoices
Return requests appear next to orders and invoices in Sales Document Tracking. Personal account returns go to the Hamster distribution centre in Laval and need an authorization number, through the online return form or customer service. Items ordered on the web cannot be returned in a store. Commercial accounts handle returns through their local retailer.
Who to contact
Customer service handles products, orders and deliveries at 1 877 597-3261, client.support@hamster.ca, or the chat box at the bottom right of the site, which Hamster says is run by people. Account changes go to masterdata@hamster.ca.
Hamster invoices filed by cost center
Hamster already tags each order with a PO number and cost center; the work left is getting the invoice into your books with the same tags. Our AI agent signs in to com.hamster.ca and saves each new invoice from Sales Document Tracking through bill fetching. Order confirmation emails are read by email receipt capture, with GST and QST pulled out, and supplies paid on a personal card go into an expense report.
