To get a copy of a Lyreco invoice or credit note on the UK webshop, log in, click the user icon, open Documents and choose Invoice/Credit Note. Enter the details of the document and press Search. Lyreco emails the copy to you within minutes.
Requesting an invoice or credit note copy
- Log in to the Lyreco webshop.
- Click the user icon.
- Go to Documents, then select Invoice/Credit Note.
- Add the details of the document you need and press Search.
The copy arrives by email rather than as a download on screen. If it does not show up, Customer Care can help through the Live Chat at the bottom right of the site, on 08000 858585, or through the contact form.
Order History and the 12-month window
Order History sits under the same user icon. It shows pending orders and every order placed in the past 12 months. If the account has more than one delivery address, switch to the right one before you look; orders are listed per address.
Paying a Lyreco invoice
Lyreco does not take invoice payments directly on its website. To pay an existing invoice by card, ask the Credit Control Team for a secure payment link, giving your customer account number, company and contact name, billing email address and phone number. Smaller companies and larger ones use different collections email addresses, both listed on Lyreco's help page. You can also pay by phone on 0330 678 3330.
Changing how you are invoiced
Changes to invoicing details go through Customer Care rather than a self-service setting. Have one of these to hand when you contact them: your Lyreco customer number, an order number, an invoice number, or your own purchase order number.
Lyreco copies without the request form
Requesting copies one document at a time gets slow at month end. Our AI agent signs in to your Lyreco account and requests each new invoice from Documents through bill fetching. The copies Lyreco emails back are read by email receipt capture, which records the VAT and total and files the PDF. Stationery a team member bought personally goes into an expense report.
