How to get a Cracker Barrel receipt

For a Cracker Barrel online order, your record is the order confirmation and the Order History page in your Cracker Barrel account. For a restaurant visit, it is the receipt from your check. Either one is what Cracker Barrel asks for when you request missing Pegs, its rewards currency, within 30 days of the transaction.
Order History: where online orders are listed
Sign in on crackerbarrel.com and open My Account, then Order History. Orders you placed while signed in are listed there. The retail store at shop.crackerbarrel.com has its own sign-in and order status page for gifts and goods.
Claiming missing Pegs
The Missing Pegs page handles visits and online orders that did not earn. Sign in to Rewards, choose an in-store visit or an online visit, and enter the details. You need:
- your receipt or online order confirmation
- a transaction no older than 30 days
- an order placed after you became a Rewards member
It can take up to 15 minutes after a transaction before Pegs can be claimed, and up to 48 hours before they reach your account. Orders through third-party services may not earn. Retail store orders earn when they ship. For bonus rewards not tied to a visit, use the Guest Relations form and choose Cracker Barrel Rewards, then My Peg Balance.
Pay & Go at the table
Cracker Barrel's Pay & Go lets you scan the QR code at the bottom of your check with your phone camera, add a tip and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Be logged in if you want the Pegs. The check you scanned is the itemized record of the meal. Keep it, or photograph it before you leave.
Catering for a meeting
Catering orders can be placed online or in the app, now or for a later date, and they earn Pegs. Order signed in and the catering order sits in Order History with everything else.
Cracker Barrel receipts collected from your account
Signed-in Cracker Barrel orders build up in Order History, where nobody looks until an expense is due. Connect the account and our AI agent signs in and saves each order through bill fetching. The table check from Pay & Go goes in with a photo through the receipt scanner, and the meeting breakfast reaches your expense report.
