How to get a Peet's Coffee receipt

Mobile Order Ahead receipts

The Peet's app splits your past activity in two. Order History lists past Mobile Order Ahead purchases and their receipts, and it is the screen to open when a coffee meeting needs a receipt. Account Activity lists your Rewards transactions and account activity, which is useful for confirming a visit but is not a receipt.

Orders placed on peets.com

After an online order you get an order confirmation email, then a second email when it ships. Customers with a Peet's account can view current and past orders in the Order History section of their account. Orders placed with Guest Checkout do not appear there, which is a good reason to sign in before ordering beans for the office.

No confirmation email

Peet's suggests checking whether a confirmation number appeared after checkout, whether there is a charge or authorization on your card, and whether the order shows in your Order History. If you still are not sure the order went through, contact Peet's Customer Experience.

Delivery orders

A delivery order placed through Peet's triggers a confirmation email after you submit it, along with the option to tip your driver. Keep that email with the expense.

Is there a receipt lookup?

The two Order History screens are the lookup: one in the app for mobile orders, one on peets.com for shipped orders. Coffeebar purchases paid at the register without the app leave only the paper receipt, and Account Activity will at most confirm the visit. For a client coffee you plan to expense, order ahead in the app or keep that paper.

With app receipts in one Order History and web orders in another, Peet's purchases rarely end up in one place.
