When you order Benny&Co. online, the receipt for your web order is sent to you by email. Keep it: Benny&Co. asks for that emailed receipt when you need something fixed, such as a promo code that did not apply. At the counter, the receipt is the one the cashier prints.
The emailed web order receipt
The emailed receipt is your proof of the order and the amount. If a web promo code did not work, you have two options: call the branch and order by phone, mentioning the code so the cashier adds it manually to your receipt, or send the receipt of your web order to commentaire@benny-co.com and Benny&Co. refunds the value of the code.
Group orders for the office
Benny&Co. runs group orders for corporate events and office parties through its regular online ordering:
- Order up to 30 days ahead, for delivery or takeout.
- Discounts apply automatically: 10% for 10 to 49 meals and 15% for 50 meals or more, with Éconogroupe meal deals starting at 5 meals.
- Group orders are paid like any other online order, and the payment cannot be split across several transactions.
Because one person pays, that person's emailed receipt is the document for the whole group meal.
Paying several orders at once
Feeding a team spread across several addresses means one order per address. Benny&Co. suggests buying a gift card for the total and using it to pay each order online, which avoids getting your credit card blocked. Create an account and save the gift card there and it shows up on the payment page. For your expenses, keep the gift card purchase receipt and every order receipt together.
Mon B&CO. points
Members of the Mon B&CO. app earn 1 point per dollar spent in the app, in the restaurant or on delivery, and can use points to pay their bill.
Benny&Co. receipts filed from your inbox
A Benny&Co. group lunch can mean a gift card receipt plus one emailed receipt per address. Email receipt capture picks up each of those emails and files the totals. A counter receipt goes in through the receipt scanner, and the whole event sits together on one expense report.
