Freshii keeps a receipt for each app order in Order History, in the Account section of the app. The Order Confirmation screen shows the order when you place it, and both list the store's phone number. In a store, the register receipt is your copy, and Freshii's terms advise keeping your receipts and checking your online transaction history regularly.
Order History: where receipts live
Open the app, go to Account, then Order History, and choose the order. Each receipt there has an Email us link at the bottom for problems with that order. Freshii's card terms say you can find the receipt for each transaction made through the app, and that no itemized statements are mailed for Freshii Cards.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations go through the store you bought from. Call it using the number on the Order Confirmation screen or on the receipt in Order History. For a problem with the food or the order, contact the store directly, or use the Email us link on the receipt. Freshii's terms set 60 days to report a billing error on a Freshii Card.
Paying with a Freshii Card or gift card
A register receipt shows that the purchase was made with a Freshii Card, and gift cards follow the same rules. To pay in store with a digital gift card, show it from the Scan tab or the Gift Card section of the app. For an expense claim, the receipt still shows the meal, even though the card statement does not.
Catering for a meeting
Catering and juice cleanses cannot be ordered in the app yet. Use the catering page on freshii.com or call your local Freshii. Since that order will not appear in the app's Order History, ask the store how it will send you the receipt.
Freshii receipts gathered from Order History
Freshii receipts live inside the app, one order at a time. Connect your Freshii account and our AI agent signs in and saves each receipt from Order History through bill fetching. A store receipt goes in through the receipt scanner, and the bowls for the lunch meeting land on the expense report.
