To download a Zoom invoice, sign in to the Zoom web portal, select your profile picture, then Plans and billings, and open the Invoice History or Payment History tab. Tick the invoice and select Download for a PDF. You need to be the owner, an admin or have billing privileges.
Finding an invoice
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Select your profile picture or initials at the top right, then Plans and billings.
- Open the Payment History or Invoice History tab.
- Search by invoice number, or filter by time frame or status.
Zoom has been updating its billing portal, and the tab name depends on which version your account has.
Saving a PDF
- Open the invoice and select Print, or
- Tick the box beside the invoice number and select Download for a PDF.
What the statuses mean
Open is unpaid, Processing means the payment is going through, Paid is settled and Credit means there is a credit balance on the account.
Billing contacts and invoice emails
Invoice notifications go to the account's main billing email. Owners and admins can add more addresses to receive invoice-posted alerts, which is how a bookkeeper gets them without a Zoom login. The Sold To contact is usually the account owner; the billing contact is whoever pays.
Company name and tax number
Edit the company name and, where your country uses one, a GST, VAT or similar tax number in the contact information section of Billing Management (or Billing Information on older portals). Zoom shows the number on invoices once it is entered. A number added before the next invoice generally applies to that invoice; earlier invoices are usually not adjusted. Changing the Sold To country can change how tax is applied.
Zoom invoices without logging in
Since Zoom lets you add extra addresses for invoice-posted alerts, add one that email receipt capture reads, and every new invoice notice lands in your books the day it posts. For the invoice PDF from Payment History, connect an owner or billing-role account and our AI agent signs in and downloads each one with bill fetching. If staff pay for their own Zoom on a card, the invoices feed straight into their expense reports.
