To download a Zoho subscription invoice, open Zoho Store and use Download Invoices to reach Transaction History, which lists every Zoho product you pay for. Select the PDF icon beside the invoice. This is Zoho's bill to you, not the invoices you create in Zoho Invoice or Zoho Books.
Every product in one list
In Zoho Store, use Download Invoices to open the Transaction History page. It lists invoices for every product you subscribe to. Select the PDF icon to download one.
One product
Open the product, select your profile icon and go to Upgrade/Manage Subscription, then Payment History.
Zoho Books and Zoho Workplace
- Zoho Books: Settings, then Manage Subscription under Organization, then Transaction History from the Your Store Details menu.
- Zoho Workplace: Admin Console, Subscription, Manage Subscription, then Transaction History.
Billing address and tax ID
To correct the details on invoices and payment records, go to your profile icon, Manage Subscription, then the Your Store Details tab and update the Billing Address. The change can apply across linked subscriptions. The same flow takes tax documents: a VAT ID, GSTIN or ABN outside the US, or a tax exemption certificate in the US.
If nothing shows
Check you are looking at the right organization. One email can belong to several Zoho organizations, each with its own billing, and invoices only appear once a paid subscription exists.
