How to download Wix invoices

Invoices for what you pay Wix (site plans, domains and other services) are in Billing History in your Wix account. This is not the same as Wix Invoices, the tool for billing your own customers.
One invoice
- Open Billing History in your Wix account.
- Filter by date, site, payment status or payment method, or search by keyword.
- Select the More Actions icon next to the entry and choose View Invoice.
- Download it as a PDF or print it.
Exporting the list
Billing History can export your invoices as a CSV, up to 3,000 at a time. Filter by year if you hit that limit.
Changing what the invoice says
Use Update invoice details next to a subscription in Billing History. Changes apply to current and future invoices; past invoices cannot be changed for legal reasons. Each subscription is updated separately. Some fields are locked by region, such as the VAT ID and country in the EU. Wix does not support custom fields, but suggests putting a company registration number in the Company Name field.
VAT on plans
Listed plan prices do not include VAT. Depending on your country, VAT may be charged on a Premium or Studio plan; if it applies, it shows at checkout and on the invoice. If no VAT line appears on the invoice, you were not charged VAT.
Wix Studio workspaces
Workspaces have a similar billing page showing invoices and refunds for site plans, domains and other paid services.
Wix invoices handled per subscription
A site plan, a domain and a mailbox each renew on their own date and each produces its own invoice, which is why Wix billing is easy to lose track of. Connect your Wix account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal and downloads the new invoice from Billing History with bill fetching. Wix's payment confirmation emails can be filed by email receipt capture as they arrive, and subscription tracking lists every Wix renewal side by side.
