How to get RingCentral invoices and receipts

RingCentral bills business phone, video and messaging plans monthly or yearly. The invoice is in the Admin Portal, and a receipt is emailed each billing period.
Invoices in the Admin Portal
Sign in to the Admin Portal and open the Billing tab to open your invoice. RingCentral's billing statement guide walks through each section of it.
Receipts by email
Receipts are sent to the billing email address on file each month or year. Make sure that address belongs to whoever handles the bills, not the person who set up the phones.
Billing details in My Account
RingCentral's My Account page shows billing information: a link to the billing portal, your next billing date, contract end date and the card on file.
Accounts paid by invoice
Accounts on invoice billing receive invoices showing the customer ID, invoice number and amount to pay, and can pay by cheque, wire or ACH.
RingCentral Events
RingCentral Events, the event platform, bills separately. Go to Manage organization, the Billing tab, then Manage plan to open the invoice history and download receipts or invoices. For a self-served Events subscription that has ended, contact support to recover invoices.
What to check on a phone bill
Business phone bills mix the plan, per-user licences, add-ons, and taxes and regulatory fees. When the total moves, the invoice is the only document that shows whether a user was added or a fee changed.
RingCentral bills handled without the Admin Portal
The monthly receipt email is the easy part: point the billing email at a mailbox that email receipt capture reads and each receipt is filed with its taxes and fees. For the invoice itself, connect an Admin Portal login and our AI agent signs in after each billing date and saves it from the Billing tab through bill fetching. Subscription tracking shows licence counts and the contract end date.
