How to download your QuickBooks Online subscription invoice

This is about the invoice Intuit sends you for your QuickBooks Online subscription, not the invoices you send customers from QuickBooks. It lives in your account settings.
Exporting the subscription invoice
- Select the gear icon to open Settings.
- Choose Subscriptions and billing.
- Select View payment history.
- Find the bill and select Export to PDF. You may be asked to sign in again.
When it appears
A billing statement is visible the day after the billing date, not on the day itself. If you go looking on the billing date and find nothing, check again the next day.
Accountants and client subscriptions
An accountant signed in to a client's company cannot download the billing PDF if the client pays for their own subscription. The client has to download it, or share it. If the accountant's firm pays for the client's subscription, the invoice belongs to the firm's account instead.
Subscriptions started in an app
Subscriptions started in the iPhone or Android app are billed and managed through the app store. Get those receipts from Apple or Google.
Older invoices
If an older invoice is missing from your payment history, Intuit support can help.
