How to find Squarespace invoices

To find a Squarespace invoice, open the site's Billing panel, choose Invoices, open one and select Print to save it as a PDF. Squarespace never emails or mails invoices, and each site, domain and subscription keeps its own list. Domain invoices are under the Domains dashboard.
Site invoices
- Open the site's Billing panel.
- Choose Invoices. The newest are at the top; scroll for older ones.
- Open an invoice and select Print near the bottom right, then save it as a PDF.
Domain invoices
Go to the Domains dashboard, open the domain, then Billing and Invoices. If the domain does not appear, you may be signed in with a different email.
Who can see them
Owners, administrators and contributors with billing permissions. The account dashboard itself does not show invoices, and invoices can only be printed one at a time, not in bulk.
Tax on the invoice
Squarespace sets your tax location from the billing address on your payment method. Prices on its pricing page exclude tax; the invoice shows the total and a tax breakdown. Depending on where you are, that can be US sales tax, VAT, GST/HST, QST or PST.
Adding a VAT or GST/HST number
When you pay, or later in the payment information panel for an existing subscription, certify that your business is registered and enter its name and number. A Canadian GST/HST number is 15 characters with RT in the middle and no spaces. Once verified, the business name and registration number appear on invoices, and VAT is reduced to 0% where that applies. Exemptions are not applied retroactively, and do not apply to trial or expired sites.
Squarespace invoices collected for you
With no invoice emails and no bulk download, Squarespace is a merchant where every site and every domain is a separate trip to a Billing panel. Connect your Squarespace account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal, opens each site's and domain's invoices and saves the PDFs, tax breakdown included, through bill fetching. Subscription tracking lists the site plans and domains with their renewal dates, which are rarely the same day.
